Our coaching services are based on the coaching definition set by the International Coaching Federation (ICF): coaching is partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires clients to maximise their personal and professional potential.

 

Through our coaching services we assist individuals access new insights, knowledge, skills, competencies, or behaviours for improved performance, success, and satisfaction. Our coaching services are highly interactive, focussing on addressing your specific needs to reach the goals you desire.

 

We coach our clients to get inspired clarity for a new direction, in preparation for important events, to adapt to changes and new expectations in their environment, or as follow up to training received ensuring training topics can be fully integrated into daily challenges and applied in prickly situations. ​

 

APPROACH

 

Our coaching approach is based on equipping and empowering you to reach goals. Two examples illustrate that:

  1. If someone tells you "it cannot be done" we like to interpret that as if they'd said "I do not know yet how to do it".

  2. If you tell yourself "I cannot do it" we ask "would you like to?"   and if the answer is yes we reframe the blockage to "I have not done it yet, let's make it happen for the first time together".

 

As the client you are in control of the goals and scope of our coaching sessions. Together we can clarify what, how and why you want to achieve your goals, and what you have decided to believe in relation to your goals.

 

As your coach we guide, awaken, and support you. Your conscience is your teacher to guide your decisions. Through conversations we work interactively. Some options include: 

 

  • Linking your challenges to what's important
    to you and your priorities

  • Sharing our experiences and knowledge
    to broaden your perspective

  • Sharing simple, easy-to-remember models
    to guide your decisions

  • Discussing options, consequences, risks

      and how to deal with them

  • Facilitating exercises and/or role plays
    to practise insights gained and develop skills

 
PROCESS
 

You and your coach meet for an initial free, confidential, no obligation discovery and scoping meeting. This informal meeting can be face to face or by phone. This will enable both of us to assess if and how we might be a good match for each other. In this meeting we discuss mutual expectations in relation to focus, approach, duration, frequency, fees, and other relevant aspects of the coaching relationship. 

 

If we both decide to proceed we confirm our expectations in a written agreement. At the beginning of each meeting a goal for the meeting is discussed and agreed. In between meetings you have unlimited access by phone and email to your coach.
